Our Policies
Dear Valued Patrons,
Here at Illusion Day Spa, we have always taken great pride in providing a safe and sanitary environment, but we are wholly committed to taking further action to ensure that state-wide policies are being implemented and enforced. In doing so, this will ensure that everyone feels protected and comfortable during these trying times. We have educated our staff on our strict policies and each staff member has completed formal safety and sanitation classes and received certifications.

So that you may feel more at ease and further prepared before visiting our location, here are more of our policies that we have put into place to provide our clients and staff with the safest environment possible.

- All clients and staff members are required to wash/sanitize their hands immediately upon entry. All staff members are also required to wash and sanitize their hands before and after every service/interaction.
-All nail services will be performed using new nail files and buffers. Clients will be supplied with a complimentary nail kit that we will keep for you.
-During this time, no walk-in clients will be serviced. This ensures that we do not have excessive wait times and crowded waiting areas.
-All surfaces and implements are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized before and after every service.
-All linens are properly laundered so that every service is performed with clean and sanitized materials.
-We have a very firm sick policy. If you are not feeling well, we ask that you reschedule your appointment

All policies are put into place to ensure that our clients can book appointments efficiently and effectively as well as maintain our staff's schedule. Please see the policy statements below.

Late Policy
For all salon and spa services, if you arrive five minutes or later for your scheduled appointment time, we have the right to refuse to service you will be charged the full amount. If you are consistently late, we have the right to refuse to serve you. We value our client's time; we ask for the same respect. For spa services, your appointment will end at the scheduled time to avoid running into other client's service times or you may be asked to reschedule your appointment for another day. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment(s) 12 hours or less prior to the scheduled appointment time or if you do not show up for your services, you will be charged in full for the service(s). If you do not show up for more than 3 scheduled appointments, you may be asked not to return.
